A: Our smart locks are powered by AA batteries and typically last 10-12 months with regular daily use. You’ll receive low battery warnings through the mobile app well before they run out, and there’s a USB-C emergency charging port on the exterior so you’re never locked out, even if batteries die unexpectedly.
Q: Will my smart lock work if my WiFi goes down?
A: Yes! All Grisoll smart locks function independently of WiFi for local access methods including fingerprint, passcode, NFC cards, and traditional keys. WiFi/Bluetooth connectivity is only required for remote app control and notifications. If your connection drops, you can still unlock your door using any of the other built-in methods.
Q: How do I know if the smart lock will fit my door?
A: Grisoll smart locks are designed with universal compatibility in mind. They fit doors ranging from 1.77” to 4.7” thick and work with both left and right-handed configurations. Compatible door materials include wood, steel, aluminum, and PVC. We recommend checking your specific door thickness and backset measurement before ordering.

The Grisoll bidet comes with everything you need including a flexible metal hose, T-brass adapter, thread seal tape, and detailed instructions. All connections are hand-tightenable – no special tools needed beyond a basic wrench.
Q: Will the bidet attachment cause leaks?
A: When installed correctly following the included instructions, Grisoll bidet attachments provide leak-free operation. We include premium braided metal hoses (not cheap plastic) and all necessary sealing components including thread seal tape. The key is using the provided Teflon tape on all threaded connections and hand-tightening to the proper firmness without over-tightening.
Q: Does the bidet work with low water pressure?
A: Yes! The Grisoll bidet attachment features adjustable water pressure controls, so it works with a wide range of home water pressures. You can dial the pressure from gentle to powerful depending on your preference and available water pressure. If you experience very low pressure, check that the water supply valve is fully open and that there are no blockages in the hose or nozzle.

A: We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all Grisoll products. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and reason for return. Items must be unused and returned in their original packaging. Refunds are processed within 10 business days of receiving and inspecting your return, with funds appearing in your account within 30 business days from confirmation.
Q: Can I cancel or modify my order after placing it?
A: Yes, but you must contact us within 24 hours of placing your order. After 24 hours, orders may have already entered processing and we might not be able to fulfill modification or cancellation requests. If you successfully cancel within the 24-hour window, your refund will be processed within 10 business days.
Q: What if my product arrives damaged?
A: We carefully package all products to prevent shipping damage. If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photos of the damage. We’ll determine your eligibility for a free replacement at no cost to you. Note that damaged packaging (like dented boxes) with an undamaged product inside is not considered damage. We do not refund or accept returns for items damaged through normal use, wear and tear, or misuse.
